At Avocado Domains, we aim to provide a high-quality experience. We understand that circumstances change, and we handle refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines how such requests are evaluated.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Avocado Domains subscription at any time by:
- Navigating to Dashboard > Billing in your account; or
- Contacting our support team at support@avocadodomains.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the remainder of the paid period.
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will revert to a free or limited-access tier (if available) at the end of the billing cycle. No further charges will be made. We do not automatically delete your account or data upon cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Principle
We evaluate refund requests individually and on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic or blanket refunds for subscription fees.
2.2 Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: A verified, unresolved technical failure on our part that significantly impaired your ability to use the Service during the subscription period;
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or charges made in error (e.g., after a successful cancellation);
- Service unavailability: Extended periods of downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours caused by Avocado Domains, not attributable to third-party infrastructure or force majeure events;
- Other exceptional circumstances: Reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.
2.3 Circumstances Where a Refund Is Generally Not Granted
Refunds are generally not issued in the following situations:
- You no longer wish to use the Service after the billing date;
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date;
- The domain data from third-party sources did not meet your expectations (third-party data is provided as-is);
- Partial use of a subscription period;
- Violations of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension or termination.
2.4 How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address, the date of the charge, the amount, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, refund eligibility follows the same case-by-case evaluation. If a refund is approved within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial period is offered, no charge will be made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged. Charges made after a free trial conversion are subject to this standard refund policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
