Avocado Domains is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that aggregates data from multiple expired domain auction marketplaces. Our Service allows users to search, filter, analyze, and monitor expired and expiring domain name listings sourced from third-party auction platforms.

We are a data aggregation and research tool. We do not directly sell or register domain names, nor do we participate in or guarantee the outcome of any third-party auction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Avocado Domains, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Avocado Domains offers subscription-based access plans. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You shall NOT:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond permitted API usage;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent;
  • Use automated tools to create multiple accounts or circumvent usage limits;
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Third-Party Data & Disclaimer

The domain data displayed on our platform is aggregated from third-party auction marketplaces. We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data. Avocado Domains is not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions in third-party domain listing data;
  • Changes in availability or pricing on external auction platforms;
  • The outcome of any domain auction or transaction conducted on third-party platforms;
  • Domain availability at the time of attempted registration.

Use of third-party auction platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and is solely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Avocado Domains platform, including its design, software, algorithms, trademarks, and original content, is the exclusive property of Avocado Domains and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avocado Domains and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Avocado Domains in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court of jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
